We currently deliver within Hyderabad. Serviceability depends on your delivery location and the nearest operational warehouse. Enter your pincode or location in the app to check availability.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Seizeit delivers your order to your doorstep. Estimated delivery windows are shown in the

app at checkout and may vary based on distance, demand, weather, and time of day.

• Pharmacy, lab-test, and rental fulfilment timelines differ and are shown at the time of

order or booking.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees, small-cart fees, surge fees, and any applicable taxes are shown transparently at checkout before you pay.

4. Delivery Attempts and Address

Please ensure your address and contact number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the Order. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or non-contact, we may cancel the Order; refunds then follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Prescription and Age-Restricted Items

Certain items require prescription verification or age confirmation at or before delivery.
