These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seizeit mobile application and website (together, the "Platform"), operated by [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (CIN: [CIN], GSTIN: [GSTIN]), with its registered office at [Registered office address, Hyderabad, Telangana, PIN] ("Seizeit", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

"User", "you" means any person who accesses or uses the Platform. "Order" means a request you place through the Platform for products or services. "Partner" means a third party (delivery partner, pharmacy, diagnostic lab) that helps fulfil your Order.

2. About Seizeit

Seizeit is an online delivery platform offering groceries and daily essentials, pharmacy products, diagnostic lab-test bookings, and appliance rentals within Hyderabad. Product availability, pricing, delivery fees, and delivery windows are shown in the app and may change based on your location, demand, and time of day.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Certain products (e.g. prescription medicines, age-restricted items) carry additional eligibility requirements.

4. Your Account

Access requires verification of your mobile number via a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your Order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any Order at our discretion, including for product unavailability, errors in price or description, suspected fraud or abuse, or delivery-area restrictions. A contract is formed only when we confirm the Order.

6. Pricing, Taxes and Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are shown in the app. Applicable taxes, delivery fees,

handling/small-cart fees, and surge fees are displayed at checkout before you pay.

• Payments are processed through Razorpay and other authorised payment partners, and via cash on

delivery (COD) where available. We do not store your full card details.

• In case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the affected Order and refund any amount paid.

7. Promotions, Coupons and Wallet

Promotional offers, coupons, and Seizeit wallet credits are subject to their specific terms, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, are non-transferable, and have no cash value unless stated. Abuse of promotions may lead to cancellation and account action.

8. Pharmacy and Prescription Products

Prescription medicines are dispensed only against a valid prescription, uploaded and verified in accordance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the rules thereunder. We may refuse, hold, or cancel any pharmacy Order that does not meet regulatory requirements. Medicines are not returnable except where damaged, expired, or incorrectly dispensed.

9. Lab Tests

Diagnostic test bookings are fulfilled by Seizeit and/or partnered NABL/ICMR-recognised labs. Sample-collection windows, reporting timelines, and applicable medical disclaimers are shown at the time of booking. Test results are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

10. Appliance Rentals

Appliance rental subscriptions are governed by the specific rental terms shown at the time of subscription, including security deposit, tenure, usage conditions, damage liability, and return obligations.

11. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for providing an accurate address and being available to receive the Order.

12. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: place fraudulent or speculative Orders; misuse promotions; resell products; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Platform; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

14. Communications Consent

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive transactional messages (order, delivery, payment, prescription updates) via SMS, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, and you may opt out at any time.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may link to or rely on third-party services (payment gateways, maps, partners). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

16. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and may not be used without our prior written permission.

17. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

18. Limitation of Liability

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

24. Severability

If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
